Absolute Packaging Solutions is an e-commerce store based in India, offering eco-friendly and sustainable packaging products including biodegradable trash bags, compostable carry bags, packaging rolls, and courier bags. Our registered business email is absolutepackagingsolutions@gmail.com.

We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products, including specifications, dimensions, materials, and images. However:

  • Product colours and textures may slightly vary due to the natural composition of biodegradable and compostable materials.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

  • We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, or availability without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price at the time of your confirmed order will be honoured.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which supports the following modes:

  • Credit Cards & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Amex)

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

  • Net Banking

  • Razorpay Wallets

  • EMI (subject to Razorpay eligibility)

Your order is confirmed only after successful payment. In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed. Absolute Packaging Solutions does not store any payment credentials.

Razorpay

All transactions are secured through Razorpay's PCI DSS-compliant payment infrastructure. Razorpay is an authorised payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

5. Order Confirmation & Contract

A contract between you and Absolute Packaging Solutions is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or if we are unable to verify your payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, product images, text, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of Absolute Packaging Solutions and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Our liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably before pursuing legal action.

10. GST & Invoicing

Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged on orders as per Indian tax regulations. GST invoices will be provided upon request. Please share your GSTIN at the time of ordering for business purchases.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
